Greetings Miata Friends from all the gang with Zoomin'!
Lorie, Kristy, and Audrey, would like to personally invite all of you to 2018 Zoomin The Mountains Of East Tennessee.
Hope our note finds everyone doing well. As many of you know, our Miata season is gearing up and Miata clubs and friends are looking to plan rides and social gatherings for their spring, summer and fall travels.
Please know we are sending each of you a personal invite to join us for our 12th annual Zoomin' The Mountains Of East Tennessee with a lot fun activities planned for your enjoyment.
This event will take place June 6-10th 2018.
Here is a brief description :
Wednesday June 6th
Holiday Inn 101 W. Springbrook Dr Johnson City TN,
Registration will open at 12pm
Wednesday night Dinner at a local restaurant. Back to the hotel for a poolside gathering with music and "Miata Get To Know Ya" Meet and Greet.
Thursday June 7th
This will be ride day.
Registration Opens at 7am
Drivers Meeting/rides TBA
Thursday evening dinner and then we will kick off the cornhole tournament poolside at Holiday Inn.
Friday June 8th
Morning Rides TBA
Late afternoon we will gather at holiday inn and parade over to Bristol Motor Speedway for some fun on the track and a pizza party.
Saturday June 9th
Morning ride that will lead us to Downtown Johnson City for a Shine and Show
Cruise Inn, lunch , and for those interested a chance to visit some of our own local brewery's.
Saturday Evening
Catered Dinner, Live Entertainment, live Auction, and social time at Holiday INN.
Sunday June 10th for those interested, breakfast with the ZOOMIN Staff.

Please Note Holiday Inn is requiring the Zoomin Event to have 1/2 of our room block filled by April 15, 2018. If we do not then they will let our block go. There is another event in town and folks wanting rooms. So this is why we encourage you to make your Reservations well in advance to assure you have a place to in Johnson City if you want to attend Zoomin with all your Miata friends.
