Virginia is not just for lovers anymore: it is a destination for adventurous people who enjoy a good winding road. Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains on Virginia’s famed Route 16 lies the Back of the Dragon . . . 32 miles of exhilarating twisty curves and unparalleled excitement.
Spanning from Marion to Tazewell, the Back of the Dragon offers over 400 curves for the thrill-seeking sports car enthusiast on a two-lane ribbon road with breathtaking views of the expansive 3 mountain terrain.
The 3-night event takes place at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, in Wytheville. There is a Registration Fee of $30 per car (nonrefundable) and an event T-shirt will be available for purchase at $25. There will be a friendly Car Show, a Raffle and a Silent Auction.
