The Northwest Arkansas Miata Club would like to invite you to our 25th Anniversary Celebration September 5-8, 2024 at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs, AR. We will be celebrating 25 years of Miata Fun with our Miata Friends and would love to have you and your club join us for the party!
We will begin registration check in on Thursday September 5, from Noon until 6:00 PM. This will give you time to settle in from the drive and get ready for our evening at the welcoming Meet and Greet where we will see old friends and make new ones at the pool pavilion with games and activities and a cookout buffet of hamburgers and hotdogs and all the trimmings. A cash bar will be available.
Friday will bring drives led by our club members over some of our beautiful Ozark roads. Also Friday there will be other activities to participate in as well for prizes. There will be a raffle held over the entire event for a beautiful handmade quilt commemorating our 25th Anniversary event.
Saturday we will have more drives throughout our beautiful Ozark roads and the activities for prizes will continue through Saturday. On Saturday evening we will gather for our Celebration Banquet for a nice sit-down meal with all our old and newfound Miata friends. The drawing for the quilt raffle and winners of the event activities will be announced at the banquet along with Birthday cake for everyone.
So, make your room reservations by calling the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks directly at 479-253-9768 and ask for the NWA Miata Club block of rooms. Rooms start at $132 per night.
Registration is $110 per person and includes Goodie Bag, T-Shirt, Thursday Meet and Greet party and meal, Friday and Saturday Drives, Activities over the weekend, Saturday Night Banquet Celebration.
